日本「保島」引發中國抗議

一些日本民族主義者不顧官方禁令,乘船前往有主權爭議的島嶼(日方稱尖閣諸島群,中國稱釣魚島),並在島上插上日本國旗。事發之後,上千中國人走上街頭舉行示威,抗議日本活躍人士登島行為。

(德國之聲中文網)大約有150名日本民族主義者和政府議員在當地時間周六(8月18日)晚間乘坐20艘船隻從日本最南部的石垣島(Ishigaki)出發。他們的目標是強調尖閣諸島群(中方稱釣魚島)的主權。在出發前,組織者之一日本前空軍司令田母神俊雄(Toshio Tamogam)表示:"我們希望向中國人和日本人傳達,尖閣列島是我們日本的領土。"在第二天凌晨,船隻到達了島群主島附近。十幾人跳進水裡,一邊喊著"加油,日本!"的口號,一邊游向島嶼。

上岸之後,因為無法登上島嶼最高處,所以活躍人士在靠近岸邊的一座山坡上插上了日本國旗。

來自東京的市議員小阪英二(Eiji Kosaka)認為此次行動取得了"巨大的成功"。他表示,該島嶼顯然是日本領土的一部分,那裡還有典型的日本房屋。日本海上保安廳一直關注這20艘船隻的動向,但是沒有採取行動進行干涉。

北京、上海、成都、青島、廣州等城市均出現了規模不一的抗議遊行。在深圳有上千人參加了示威。據中國官媒新華社消息,抗議者高舉中國國旗,並推翻了一輛日本牌子的警車,損壞了一家日本餐館。

中國之前向日本發出呼籲,要求日方:"立即停止損害中國領土主權的行動"。到目前為止,日本政府否認允許日本人士的此次登島行動。

中日兩國都宣稱有該島群的主權。日本表示,從1885年起,尖閣群島就在日本的控制之下。中國卻認為,在明朝時期(1368年至1644年),釣魚島就屬於中國,被標記在地圖上,在一本書裡也有所記載。

島嶼爭議在本周三(8月15日)有所升級,在當日有14個中國活躍人士登上島嶼,強調島群主權,並以此行動對日本議員提出抗議。他們特意選擇了8月15日,因為這一天是日本二戰無條件投降日。在這些"保釣人士"登上島嶼後,日本海上保安廳逮捕了他們,本周五,中方"保釣人士"被遣送出境。

該有爭議的島群不僅有著重要的戰略意義。據估計,該海域不但盛產魚類,還擁有豐富的石油和天然氣等自然資源。現在尖閣諸島群(中方稱釣魚島)的五個島嶼中有四個島嶼是私人財產,第五個島嶼屬於首都東京。東京都知事石原慎太郎(Shintaro Ishihara)在今年四月份宣佈,計劃購買另外一座尖閣諸島群的島嶼。日本駐中國大使館警告,此舉會更加激化兩國之間的矛盾。

日本黨首選舉將集中在9月舉行,有分析人士認為,為給選舉鋪路,日本首相野田佳彥(Yoshihiko Noda)欲向本國民眾展現一個對華強硬的形象。
