Mahakama ya ICC yasema Rais Kibaki wa Kenya alikutana na Kundi la Mungiki

Mahakama ya ICC imeshawishika kuwa Rais Mwai Kibaki alikutana na kundi la Mungiki kupanga machafuko ya baada ya uchaguzi wa mwaka 2007.

Tuelekee nchini Kenya ambapo joto la kisiasa linazidi kuchemka, sasa Mahakama ya Kimataifa ya jinai ICC imesema kwamba imeshawishika kuwa rais wa nchi hiyo, Mwai Kibaki, Naibu Waziri Mkuu Uhuru Kenyatta na Mkuu wa Utumishi wa Umma, Francis Muthaura, walikutana na kundi haramu la Mungiki tarehe 26 Novemba mwaka wa 2007 kupanga machafuko ya ghasia za baada ya uchaguzi.

Uhuru Kenyatta na Francis Muthaura ni miongoni mwa watuhumiwa wanne waliopatikana na kesi ya kujibu na mahakama hiyo ya ICC kwa kupanga ghasia za baada ya uchaguzi ambapo watu zaidi ya 1000 waliuwawa na wengine wengi kuwachwa bila makao.
