Meanwhile - the German Chancellor Angela Merkel and British Prime Minister David Cameron could not keep away from football at their G-20 summit in Toronto. They watched the second half of the game in what was officially described as a "a bi-lateral session" ! The 20 leaders had put economic and fiscal policy at the top of their agenda. But the summit wrapped up on Sunday with no clear consensus in policy terms.
