Will Turkey have to change its attitude to the PKK?

The Kurdish rebel group, the PKK, is designated a terrorist organization by both the EU and Washington. The PKK has been fighting the Turkish state for decades. But it's now playing a key role fighting the Islamic State too. So will this rehabilitate the West's attitude and Turkey's towards the PKK? But as Dorian Jones now reports from Istanbul, that is causing alarm in Ankara.
