Ukraine: Russian military intensifies offensive near Kharkiv

Thousands of civilians have fled Russia's renewed ground offensive on the northeastern front. Russia says it has captured several villages near Kharkiv. Ukraine is sending reinforcements, but its military chief admitted the situation is difficult.
