Ukraine at EU summit amid tension, protests

A week after the Ukraine backed out of a planned association accord with the EU, protestors are still on the streets of Kiev. Under fire at home, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich has travelled to Vilnius, Lithuania for an EU summit.
