UK moves against female genital mutilation

Female genital mutilation is a centuries old practice to render girls and young women sexually inactive. It is traditionally conducted in several African countries, in the Middle East and Southeast Asia…but it’s also an alarming problem in the United Kingdom. New figures show that more girls in Britain are at risk of FGM than anywhere else in Europe. Anja Kueppers reports from London.
