Two family tragedies involving the murder of children have caused shock here in Germany. In the eastern German state of Saxony police discovered three dead babies. And in the northern German state of Schleswig Holstein a mother has confessed to killing her five sons aged between three and nine. Prosecutors said they were preparing murder charges, but would have to take into account the woman's diminished reponsibility. She is now in a psychatric home.
