The film Grand Budapest Hotel was one of the big winners at this year's Oscars. And there were celebrations in the eastern German town of Görlitz where the movie was mostly filmed. It's a picture perfect city and has become a darling of Hollywood film makers. But one of the city’s main investors - the owner of the so-called Grand Budapest Hotel - has come under fire.
