The Secretary General of NATO said Thursday that 40,000 Russian troops are amassing along Ukraine's borders.The troop buildup comes as tensions mount in the eastern, mostly Russian speaking part of Ukraine where there are moves towards secession. Geert Groet Koerkamp is in the east and told Helen Seeney whether there was any evidence to back up the claims that Russia was stoking separatist dreams.
