South Korea is reversing course and going all in on nuclear energy, both for domestic use, and for export. The country's four reactors constructed in the United Arab Emirates are just coming on line, with other projects abroad in the works. And on the home front South Korea will increase nuclear power to more than 30 percent of total energy sources before the end of the decade.
