Sanctions - German companies fear for their business in Russia

Germany would be hit especially hard by economic sanctions against Russia, because the huge country is an important export market and investment location. Last year the volume of exports totaled 36 billion euros. Some 6000 Germany companies currently run their own production facilities in Russia.
