Northern Ireland is into the second year of a political crisis that has left it without a devolved administration. It has just broken a new record for the world's largest peacetime period without a government. Keith Walker speaks with Gavan Reilly and starts by asking him for a brief overview of the power-sharing administration and why it collapsed.
