Nord Stream 2 sanctions reflect 'fossil fuel war'

US sanctions against the builders of the Russian gas pipeline to Europe won't halt the project, says DIW institute's energy expert Claudia Kemfert, but reflect fierce rivalries on the dwindling of fossil fuels.
