Several airlines have announced the resumption of flights in an out of Europe as the danger from Iceland's volcanic ash diminishes. Germany's air safety authority says airspace across most of the country has now been opened - with just four airports still closed to traffic. This follows days of closures that have seen tens of thousands of flights cancelled across Europe. Airlines say it will be many days before normal service can be resumed.
