More calls for tighter sanctions against Iran - as the country steps up its uranium enrichment.

France and the United States say Iran should face new sanctions over its nuclear program. French defense minister Herve Morin said Tehran's announcement it was going to start producing higher grade enriched uranium was nothing but blackmail. Morin was speaking in Paris after talks with US defense secretary Robert Gates. Both men said they still wanted a peaceful way to resolve the issue.
