Iran and North Korea dominate meeting of UN's nuclear watchdog

Yukiya Amano, head of the IAEA, says he can't confirm that Iran's nuclear program is peaceful. He is also worried about a new uranium enrichment facility in North Korea where his agency has no inspectors.
