In Greece this week, Medecins Sans Frontieres urged something to be done about the unacceptable state of the country's migrant detention system. MSF has been providing medical and humanitarian assistance to thousands of migrants in detention. Their report, Invisible Suffering, details the unsanitary conditions leading to the spread of disease and poor health. Ioanna Kotsioni talked to Helen Seeney
