NATO and the European Union have teamed up to cut red tape at national borders so military troops can move more quickly across Europe in case of a serious threat. With cyber attacks now considered a potential weapon of war, there's new attention to helping defenders of cyberspace be more agile too. From Brussels, Teri Schultz has more.
