Inside Europe: Hungary approves new rules for foreign NGO's

The Hungarian parliament has approved a law imposing strict regulations on foreign-funded NGO's, despite protests against the measures. Prime Minister Viktor Orban said the law was necessary to stop foreign funded NGOs interfering with domestic policy. His critics say that this is a move to crackdown on independent voices. Emma Wallis talks to correspondent Stefan Bos in Budapest.
