Blogger Sally Bilaly Sow exposes issues that the traditional media don't cover in his homeland, Guinea. The 25-year-old has also launched the "Villageois 2.0" project - a blog which not only provides Guinea's youth with an online space to discuss their views, but also demands transparency from state authorities regarding what happens to public money.
