Aid agencies in Pakistan say they are increasingly worried about the growing danger from malnutrition and disease facing the millions of people displaced by the floods. Southern Sind is the worst affected province with 19 of its 23 districts under water. The Indus river is flowing at forty times its normal volume - and country's Flood Forecasting Centre says the next 24 hours are critical.
