Britain has begun celebrating Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee. Four days of events have been scheduled to mark the monarch's 60 years on the British throne, and she is also constitutional monarch of 16 states including Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The Queen herself started the festivities by indulging her love of horse racing at the annual Epsom Derby.
