Germany's aerospace coordinator says the country should invest in an unmanned mission to the moon

Germany's aerospace coordinator says the country should invest in an unmanned mission to the moon during the next decade. Peter Hintze is calling for 1.5- Bbillion euros to be allocated to the program over the next five years. Hintze says the scientific benefits would justify the expense and it would also encourage new technologies.
