U.S. President Barack Obama and other Western leaders have accused Iran of building a secret nuclear fuel plant and demanded that Tehran come clean about its nuclear program. Iran admits to the new enrichment plant but says it is not secret and it will operate under the rules of the U.N's nuclear watchdog. Obama went public with the charge in an appearance with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and French President Nicolas Sarkozy at the G-20 summit in Pittsburgh.
