French Labor Market Policy - A Problem for Europe?

France needs economic reforms: lower social spending, more jobs, and greater incentives to work. Could Germany's "Agenda 2010" provide a model? We spoke with Carsten Brzeski, head economist with the ING-DiBa bank, about possible reforms and ways out of debt for France.
