Finland is observing a day of mourning for the victims of a school shooting. Flags were flying at half-mast and memorial services were being held for the eight victims killed on Wednesday by a teenage gunman. The 18-year-old went on a rampage in a school located some 60 kilometers from the capital Helsinki. Then he turned the weapon on himself and died later in the hospital.
