EU-Kommission droht mit Frauenquote in Aufsichtsräten

# The EU says it may introduce quotas forcing companies to fill at least a fifth of their top jobs with women if the private sector does not increase the number of women in top management within the next year. In Germany, men still dominate the executive floor. In large German corporations, for example, only one in 40 women makes it into a top management position.
