Russia has a new leader. Dimitri Medvedev was sworn in today as the country's third president, taking over from Vladimir Putin who is moving over to the prime minister's office. Later we'll be taking a closer look the division of powers between the president and prime minister. But first, what are ordinary Russians expecting from their new leader? The country's economy has been growing at a rate of about seven percent a year, and some Russians have become spectacularly rich. But the vast majority of the country's hundred-and-forty-two million people are just struggling to get by. So are they expecting business as usual? +++SYN+++
