Despite the Nobel Peace Prize, Norway still says 'nei' to joining the EU

When the European Union won the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo last week, many questioned the timing of the Norwegian Nobel Committee’s decision. Yet the award was perhaps most controversial in its home country, Norway. People there have twice rejected EU membership, and as Lars Bevanger now reports from Oslo, the Peace Prize doesn’t look like its going to change attitudes to the EU anytime soon.
