Croatia has quit an arbitration process designed to end its border dispute with Slovenia. The government in Zagreb says one of the judges, on the international panel hearing the dispute, has broken the rules. Our correspondent Kerry Skyring has been following this dispute which has long soured relations between the two former Yugoslav Republics. He talks to Helen Seeney about Croatia's decision.
