Consortium of local German utilities buys the 'Offshore 1' windfarm in the North Sea

The oil may be running out but offshore wind is only just getting started. This week a consortium of local German utilities came together to buy the "Offshore 1" windfarm in the North Sea, investing 1-point-5 Bbillion euros in one of Germany's biggest renewable energy projects. When it's finished, more than 80 turbines will produce enough electricity for hundreds of thousands of households. But for now it's still just a huge building site out in the North Sea. We went to take a look.
