International Comic Salon 2008
The 13th International Comic Salon in Erlangen, Germany will open its doors on May 22. The focus this year of the "largest and most important comic festival in German-speaking countries" is Manhua – Comic in China Today. This work is from artist Xia Da.
What is a "Manhua"?
The word "manhua" refers to any comic produced in China -- similar to the Korean "manhwa" and Japanese "manga." This work is by Mu Feng Chun.
