Bundesliga Matchday 11 in pictures
The scorers with more than one ensure the headlines: Müller nets three times, Werner is on a club record with a double, and Olkowski shoots not only his first Bundesliga goal, but two.
Werner sets record
With his brace in Augsburg's 3-0 win against SC Paderborn, his 18th and 19th Bundesliga goals, Tobias Werner rewrote club history. No-one has scored as much as Werner for Augsburg in the top flight.
Frankfurt suffer a Müllering
Thomas Müller has scored with almost every body part, and he was the key to Bayern's 4-0 win 0 at Eintracht Frankfurt. The forwqard bagged a hat trick, with the first goal coming off his knee. Manuel Neuer managed a backheel, while Xherdan Shaqiri also scored late in the match.
Olkowski does a double in manic clash
We've finally found the Hoffenheim of last season! Great going forward; hopeless in defense. Cologne scored four goals against them: two by Pawel Olkowski, one by Anthony Ujah and one via a Matthias Lehmann free-kick to secure a 4-3 win for the Billy Goats.
Kiyotake shines in Hannover win
Hiroshi Kiyotake was the best thing since sliced bread in the first chunk of last season. It has taken him time to adjust in Hannover - but he changed the game on Friday against Hertha Berlin. Jimmy Briand gave Hannover the lead before Kiyotake scored in the second half. The 2-0 win lifted Hannover into fourth place.
Schalke's woes continue
Is Schalke coach Roberto Di Matteo already on the hot seat? After losing heavily to Sporting Lison in the Champions League, the Royal Blues went down to a 2-0 defeat in Freiburg in the Bundesliga. While the home side picked up their third win in a row, Schalke show no signs of finding the right track under the former Chelsea boss.
Leverkusen draw a blank versus Mainz
Leverkusen seem to be saving their best for the Champions League. The Pharamceuticals dominated at home against Mainz but were clinically unable to find the net. The goalless draw put Roger Schmidt's side sixth, two points ahead of Mainz in eighth.
Bremen climb out of cellar versus Stuttgart
Werder Bremen are back from the dead. In Saturday's late match they racked up their second-straight league win, downing Stuttgart 2-0. That result catapulted Bremen up from the bottom of the table, where they've spent the majority of this season.
De Bruyne inspires Wolfsburg win
Wolfsburg's Kevin de Bruyne also picked up a brace - of sorts. The Belgian scores the occasional goal, but his real specialty is assists. He turned provider for both of the Wolves' goals, as they beat Hamburg 2-0. That took de Bruyne's assist total to nine - easily the league's best.
Kramer gives Dortmund a massive gift
Borussia Dortmund's seemingly endless Bundesliga losing streak is finally over. the men in yellow and black beat Mönchengladbach 1-0 - without any of their own players scoring. A bizarre, 40-yard chipped own goal by Christoph Kramer handed Dortmund the three points. Football is a crazy game, they say, and that was totally apparent in this clash.
