Unless a deal is reached to lift the country's 14.3 trillion dollar national debt ceiling, America will default. The Republicans and Democracts have both unveiled their latest budget proposals - and AGAIN - both sides are offering competing plans unlikely to win bipartisan support. In a dramatic address to the nation, President Obama spoke about the US debt limit.
