DW launches major weekly in-depth vodcast Berlin Briefing

Out now, DW’s Berlin Briefing is a new weekly English-language video podcast that explores the key geopolitical issues affecting Germany and Europe.

Hosted by Nina Haase, Michaela Küfner and Richard Walker, each episode of Berlin Briefing will drill deep into the most pressing issues shaping Germany, providing insightful analysis of the country’s role in global affairs. Drawing on DW’s top international journalists and expertise from all over the world, the podcast combines sharp commentary with a touch of Berlin’s distinctive energy, making it essential listening for anyone curious about Germany’s political landscape. 

Berlin Briefing tackles critical questions, such as the future of German democracy and the rising influence of the far-right. Starting November 8, the Berlin Briefing vodcast will be released weekly, with each episode lasting around 30 minutes.
